Home Exercises: Week 56

Hello Cheyne Gang! This week Julie has filmed 3 new videos for us - a breathing exercise, and a short song demonstrated over 2 videos. The breathing exercise encourages your awareness of your tummy muscles engaging as you breathe, and the song helps you build up the length of phrase that you can sing. Julie has also selected a couple of her favourite songs for you to enjoy and wind down after completing the exercises.

A simple breathing exercise to practise breathing out to breathe in, encouraging your awareness of tummy muscles engaging as you breathe lower in the body.
