Home Exercises: Week 36
Hello Cheyne Gang!
This week and next we have some Christmas songs for you performed by Kathy and The Merlin Academy Harmony Belles at Portmore Gardens. Kathy has provided us with lyrics to have a sing-along!
We also have a couple of festive songs from YouTube that were chosen by Anne for you to enjoy,
As we have no breathing exercises, or physical warm-ups this week or next, we would encourage you to look through previous weeks exercises. There are lots to choose from the home exercises tab but Julie's 'Feel the Fill' from Week 10, Sophie's Active Warm-up from Week 4 and Fiona's Rhythmic Exercise from Week 24 are all particularly good!
Remember to check your advent calendar today!

Mele Kalikimaka
Mele Kalikimaka – a Hawaiian-themed Christmas Song written by: Robert Alex Anderson
Mele Kalikimaka is the thing to say
On a bright Hawaiian Christmas Day
That’s the Island greeting that we send to you
From the land where palm trees sway
Here we know that Christmas will be green and bright
The sun to shine by day and all the stars at night
Mele Kalikimaka is Hawaii’s way to say:
Merry Christmas to you!
( repeat )
