Hello Cheyne Gang!
This week Kathy has prepared four brilliant videos to keep The Cheyne Gang singing at home. They were filmed on the banks of the tweed and at home on her porch. Kathy teaches you several songs and a bit of Scottish lilting!
We also re-visit a breathing exercise from week 1 and Pauline has suggested a couple of her favourite songs for you all to enjoy at home.
My Breath is Life
Singing can be a form of relaxation and being in the present moment. Kathy demonstrates the song by the banks of the River Tweed.
I breathe in and I breathe out and my breath is life.
My Breath is Life - Round
