Merry Christmas Cheyne Gang.
This week we have the second instalment of our short exercises and songs that were filmed at Papple Steading in East Lothian. There is an abdominal breathing exercise, a breath control exercise and a sing-along. They are all 1 minute videos so feel free to re-visit as many times as you like. The final instalment of these short videos will be posted in the second week in January.
