Shoulder Warm-up

Before you sing, it’s always a good idea to loosen up your body. You can start that with this gentle warm-up for your shoulders and neck.


Akeelie is a children’s song from Ghana that’s fun for everyone to sing.

The Leith group have been enjoying it for a while, so it seemed like a good idea to share this upbeat fun one with everyone else.

Seaside Relaxation

This relaxation gives you a chance to bring your mind to a relaxed focus, while taking an imaginary seaside walk!
